The kitchen comes equipped with ceramic tile and a recessed cook top, and a 6.0 cu refrigerator. Ducked A/C, gas heat and lots of storage. The bathroom hosts a radius shower, sink, vanity, toilet, anging closet and a walk thru door in the slant wall. Outside you'll find 2- 30# propane bottles, aluminum battery box, escape door with step, big power awning, integrated hay pod and a 4000 watt onan gas generator. There's an escape door with steps in first two stalls, drop windows with bars on the head side. Huge back tack with step, hat shelf, 3 tier saddle rack, lots of bridle hooks, blanket bars, bell boot holders and brush trays. Horse area has air flow dividers, padded stalls, stud divider in first stall, fully insulated roof, pour in rubber floor. Finish it off with Platinums new Flush Ramp side load design.
